Job Title: HR Strategy & Technology Analytics Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced external resource to partner with our Human Resources team on a range of ongoing IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise with HR Systems and other technologies supporting both operational and strategic projects across Human Resrouces.
- HRIS Strategy and Planning
- Spearhead the data migration strategy for transitioning the HRIS platform from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors, aligning efforts with Firm’s broader digital transformation objectives
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure the migration roadmap supports long-term HRIS functionality, scalability, and compliance, particularly in the context of global HR operations.
- Evaluate and assess the implications of legacy data architecture on the SuccessFactors framework, advising on enhancements for upstream and downstream systems performance post-migration
- HRIS Management and Administration
- Facilitate the end-to-end data mapping and transformation process, ensuring legacy HR data is accurately aligned with the SuccessFactors architecture across all modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, etc.)
- Implement and oversee data cleansing protocols, validation rules, and exception handling to maintain data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure operational alignment, manage interdependencies, and mitigate risks during critical phases of migration.
- Develop and enforce role-based access controls and data governance frameworks to support GDPR compliance, internal audit standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Provide support and coordination to internal HR and IT teams during UAT, issue resolution, and documentation, acting as a bridge between technical and functional users.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions to ensure HR staff and key stakeholders are equipped to navigate post-migration systems effectively.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Design and implement monitoring, auditing, and reconciliation mechanisms to evaluate data quality and ensure data accuracy in the live SuccessFactors environment.
- Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to validate baseline HR metrics post-migration and ensure continuity in KPI tracking and workforce insights.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional stakeholders including HR Operations, IT, Compliance, and external Vendors to ensure successful data migration outcomes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback loops with regional and global HR teams to confirm data accuracy, system readiness, and process alignment.
- Stay informed on emerging HRIS trends, platform updates, and compliance changes to identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and automation.
The above-mentioned position requires, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related technical or quantitative field.
